Assessments and Tuition
Assessments at Support 4 Dyslexia are carried out by Sarah Chambers who has a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Studies in Education (SpLD) and 5 years experience of working with children and adults with dyslexia.
Tuition at Support 4 Dyslexia is based on techniques and programmes proven to be successful in teaching students with specific learning difficulties.
Tuition is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their reading or spelling and is suitable for both children and adults.
If you or someone you know is having difficulties with reading or spelling, they may be dyslexic.
Although there is no cure for dyslexia, if given the correct tuition, reading and spelling can improve dramatically.
Support is most effective when it is multi-sensory and uniquely tailored to suit the individual. We work to understand the learning style that is dyslexia and use the positive traits to overcome weaknesses and build confidence.
